MP-300A vibration-bowl capping machine with PLC control and servo locking. Caps are sorted, fed and placed automatically, then tightened to a torque that follows your sample — threaded aluminium, plastic, pump or flip-top caps.

Container change means nozzle, rail and gripper change. Send your bottle or pouch and we re-test on it before you order.
Selection note
Locking heads are set from your sample, so the same machine can run a 20 mm dropper cap and a 43 mm screw cap after a head change. Torque is set on the panel instead of by air pressure.
