MP-100A vertical single-head magnetic pump filler built for medium-viscosity liquids. The magnetic drive removes the shaft seal, so thin lotions, edible oil and detergents run without leakage, and the submerged lifting nozzle fills splash-free, string-free and drip-free.

Filling head
The machine is fitted with a liftable filling head assembly. Precise submerged lifting filling delivers splash-proof, string-proof and drip-proof performance, guaranteeing a stable, hygienic filling process.
Belt conveyor
High flexibility and adjustability; flat and smooth conveying surface with stable operation; easy installation, low maintenance cost and long service life.
Hopper
The main body is integrally formed with 304 stainless steel (SUS304), and the inner wall is mirror-polished, featuring high surface finish, no hygiene dead ends, and meeting the hygienic production requirements of food, pharmaceutical and other industries.Optional configurations include a heating/insulation layer, stirring device, and sealing cap.

Selection note
